Care Giver/ Carer -

We are looking for passionate, reliable and committed individuals to join our team. Previous experience is not required, full training provided.

Our mission is to ‘Change the face of ageing’ and we strive to achieve this by always ensuring our Clients and CAREGivers receive and deliver the highest quality of care. Our highly qualified Care Managers, who are also Registered Nurses, devote their time to ensure each clients’ care plan is personalised and tailored to suit their needs. We listen carefully to our clients to understand what’s important to them and their families. This provides us the unique opportunity to get an insight into each of our clients’ background and life which then assists us in matching our CAREGivers to said client, based on common interests, hobbies or personality in order to encourage the development of a strong lasting relationship.

At Home Instead Senior Care, we understand you will effectively be on the frontline of our care delivery. We acknowledge and recognise our CAREGivers efforts and are constantly checking in and requesting feedback from our clients. We formally recognise any and all efforts made by our CAREGivers, especially those who have gone above and beyond what’s expected of them. We have been known to treat these CAREGivers to Spa trips, Restaurants and plenty of shopping vouchers!!!

This specific role will be well suited to an individual looking for a career change or looking for Full-Time hours. We offer:

Competitive salary - £10-£11/hr + holiday pay 

Comprehensive induction training - conducted by our skilled Care Managers, providing you with the skills and knowledge to qualify you to work with our clients. 

Specialised training – Once you passed your provisional period; We provide city and Guild accredited, paid, in-house trainings on subjects of Dementia and End of Life Care. 

Professional development opportunity - ongoing support, Care Certificate and NVQ level trainings 

Regular hours - You will only be Caring for few numbers of clients, you will visit on regular biases, hence you will have regular schedule. 

Long shifts: - Our minimum visit is 1 hour, but you might also have up to 12 hours long shift depending on your preferences. 

24/7 On-Call support - From our office, Care Managers or out of hours On-Call supervisors.
